Pier 105 Marina

Pier 105 Marina is located on Lake Conroe’s southwest shores where it occupies 5 acres of water and 8 acres of land. It is a full-service facility that offers both wet and dry boat storage, a boat service department, boat dealership and a boat access ramp. The facility is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.

Various sizes of boat slips are available for powerboats, houseboats and sailboats. The marina can accommodate boats ranging from 15 feet in length to 40 feet in length. With a short notice of at least an hour, your boat can be made ready and put in the water for your enjoyment.

Pier 105 Marina’s Ship Store has everything you may need to make your last minute trip a success. The store offers electrical supplies, dock lines, life vests, water toys, cleaning supplies, fishing gear and more. If your boat needs serviced or repairs, the service department is operated by an experienced service tech who can provide high quality results. Offering extended hours or mobile service, when appropriate, the service team makes sure your boat is ready for full throttle.

The boat shop offers a full inventory of new and used boats as well as boat trailers. You can either upgrade or purchase your first boat at Pier 105.
