Waterpoint Marina

The Waterpoint Marina on Lake Conroe offers a little bit of everything for guests. Besides offering the standard amenities, the marina is located in Waterpoint Center off Highway 105 on Lake Conroe’s southern shores. The center has 17 acres of waterfront restaurants, boutiques, condominiums and a fish feeding pier. The boardwalks has a Marble Slab Ice Cream shop, CVS, Starbucks, Fajita Jack’s Famous Fajitas, Sam’s Boat Restaurant and more.

Calling Waterpoint Marina a full-service marina could be an understatement. The marina offers yacht charters, dinner cruises, houseboat nightly rentals, party barge rentals, boat rentals, boat slip rentals and boat slip rentals. If you want to purchase a boat, the marina also offers boat sales. The deep water boat slips range from 27 feet to 100 feet in length, and include club house access.

With the shopping center on site, you can find everything you need to complement your trip, such as cold drinks, ice, snacks, fishing tackle and bait, boating supplies, souvenirs, swimwear, sunscreen and anything else you need to make your trip memorable.

Waterpoint Marina takes pride in its top-notch customer service. There is a “Members Only” Club House adjacent to the Marina Store. Members have 24-hour access through a private entrance to the club house, which has an air-conditioned lounger and theater room, a kitchen, full bathroom (changing room) with shower, office area with desk, printer and Internet access.
