There are several services available at the marina. RV parking and hookups are available with 30-amp hookups $40 per day, $180 per week or $535 per month. Valet and non-valet boat storage and car parking are available. A newly renovated party deck is available for rent and is the perfect spot for a wedding or celebration.

Guests may be interested in seeing the surrounding areas. The nearby City of Conroe offers nature, history, arts and recreation in the East Texas Piney Woods. The City of Montgomery is one of the oldest towns in the state, starting as a trading post in 1826.
